We have implemented the following procedures in order to keep our staff as well as our guests safe during these times.
Masks must be worn by all Longleaf Plantation staff in all buildings
Employee temperatures are taken each day before they are allowed to punch their time card to begin work
Log of employee temperatures has been kept since September 1
Personal Protection kits are provided to guests upon their arrival that consist of mask, gloves, and hand sanitizer
Groups are seated in different dining areas (i.e main dining room, private dining room, conference center dining area) in order to practice social distancing from different groups as well as members of the same group
All meals are seated and served (no buffets)
Gloves and masks are required by all food servers at all times
Commercial steamers have been purchased to steam clean bed spreads and pillows when each group leaves
All lodges are sanitized when one group leaves and before the other group is allowed to enter the lodge
Hand sanitizing stations are located in each lodge
Hunting times are staggered when more than two groups are present in order to insure social distancing
